Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures
  • Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while building rapport
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

Candidate Profile

  • 18 years old or above
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English (you’ll be conversing with foreign customers)
  • Committed to full-time, long-term employment

All successful applicants will undergo a month-long training in communications, culture, and product-specific courses before starting actual work.

Educational & Professional Attainment

  • At least a graduate of HS (prior to K-12 curriculum), ALS, or SHS (K-12)
  • Not tied up with academics; not currently studying or enrolling in school
  • Fresh college graduates are encouraged to apply
  • BPO experience handling international voice accounts is a definite plus, but not required

Note: For applicants under the K-12 curriculum, you must be a Senior High School graduate (Junior High School graduates will not be accepted). For those under the old curriculum (before K-12), HS graduates are welcome to apply.
