- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information regarding services and products.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call logs and follow up on service issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service and sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce software for tracking customer interactions and sales data.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a customer service or call center role
- Strong English language proficiency
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and call center environments
- Team player with strong organizational skills
