  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Document call information in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Meet performance metrics and targets.
  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in customer service or call center environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, problem-solving abilities, effective team player, strong people and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, requires seated work for extended periods, potential for high call volume.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
