Descrição:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, fluent English communication, effective problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Onsite Work
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be patient, resilient, and have a positive attitude towards customers.
