  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; training provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, robust work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Mainly office-based, potential shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, and a team player.
