Descrição:
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to call center policies and procedures.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, ability to handle calls efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily office-based, with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy towards customers.
