  • A Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and professional support.

Requisito

  • At least SHS graduate or HS grad (old curriculum)
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules
  • Good English Communication
