- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in back office support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player attitude
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle calls with discretion
- Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills for using call center software
