Responsibilities

  • Handle customer concerns and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success


Requirements

  • High School Graduate or higher
  • No BPO experience required (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Eton, Quezon City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
