We’re looking for a motivated Mandarin-speaking Cold Caller to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, comfortable reaching out to prospects, and can communicate clearly in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Introduce our services and qualify leads
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up details
• Schedule appointments or hand off leads to the sales team
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) and conversational English
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer outreach is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling
• Organized, reliable, and self-driven
