- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage incoming calls and provide information on products and services.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the database.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational & Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent must have at least 1yr. International Call Center Experience.
- Completed at least 2yrs. in college must have at least 6mos. international call center exp.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Working Conditions: Call center environment.
