  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and processing orders.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requisito

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • At least 1 month BPO experience
  • Can work in Bridgetowne, Pasig
  • Can start ASAP
  • Can speak good in English
