Descrição:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Meet performance metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months of Call Center Experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent people skills.
