- Assist customers via phone, providing exceptional service and support.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service orientation
- Skills and Competencies: Effective problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
