  • Maintain knowledge of vehicle features and benefits.
  • Conduct test drives and provide customer support.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and financing options.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Meet sales targets and attend training sessions regularly.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in car sales or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer-oriented.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment, flexible hours including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Motivated, personable, and a team player with a passion for cars.
