- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
- Provide detailed information on car features, financing options, and warranties.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers during the purchasing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and inventory changes.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in car sales or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service abilities, excellent team player, and technical aptitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales pitches, manage the sales pipeline, and close sales effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily working on the sales floor with customers.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, exceptional organizational and people skills, and superior interpersonal abilities.
