Descrição:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly service.
  • Scan, price, and process customer purchases accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
  • Count and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Follow cash handling and security procedures.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience (a plus).
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (preferred but not required).
