• Processing sales transactions and handles payments 
• Calculating the price of products and services for payment
• Encoding of all transaction in the Zensoft System. 
• Issuance of SOS and OR to patients 
• Prepares the Cash Sales Receipt and deposit slip for daily cash transaction. 
• Reconciling cash, credit card, bank transfer, Paymaya, Gcash, and sales receipts (SOS and OR) 
• Update the BIR Sales Receipt Journal and Disbursement Journal of the branch 
• Monitor and replenish the petty cash and revolving fund of the branch. 
• Monitor the inventory of consumables, supplies and products of the branch. 
• Monitor the used and unused SOS, OR, and Cash Sales Receipt of the branch. 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Has basic knowledge in MS Office & Google Sheet
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in aesthetic industry is a plus
• Willing to undergo training hear at IDARA Head Q.C office at least 1 month with free staff house
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in (GREENHILL SAN JUAN)
