- Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure safety and security.
- Report suspicious activities to law enforcement or management.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in video surveillance systems, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor live feeds, document incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a control room; may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Alert, trustworthy, and able to handle stressful situations effectively.
