What You'll Do:

• Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to their products or services
• Respond to incoming inquiries 
• Provide information on available subscription packages and service options
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction

What we are looking for:

• At least a high school graduate
• Preferably with BPO experience, specifically in technical support
• Sales experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite (MAKATI)
• Basic computer skills; must type at least 45 WPM
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Eager to learn and open to continuous learning
