- Provide prompt and professional chat support to customers regarding inquiries and issues.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction following support interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Minimum of at least 6 months experience in BPO
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills related to chat support and CRM systems
