Descrição:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and efficiency.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Stay informed about product updates and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least SHS Graduate
- Experience Level: 6months of experience in customer service/BPO
- Skills and Competencies: Strong compliance knowledge and customer-oriented approach.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a team.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
