- Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
- Respond to Queries Truthfully
- Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
- Provide and offer products and services to customers

EXPERIENCE: 6 months BPO/ Call Center Experience
SKILLS: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), excellent organizational and people skills.
