  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes
  • Manage kitchen operations and staff
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Collaborate in menu planning and cost management
  • Train and mentor kitchen personnel
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills, kitchen hygiene knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and food safety expertise.
  • Prepare and cook meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong kitchen management skills, creativity, and teamwork orientation.
