  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure a high standard of food presentation and taste.
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking and preparing various sushi dishes, multitasking abilities, and flexibility in kitchen tasks.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and ability to handle stress.
  • Passport is valid for at least 2 years
