This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all public and guest areas onboard the cruise ship, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for passengers and crew.

Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning:

* Thoroughly clean and sanitize all assigned areas, including guest cabins, public areas (lounges, restaurants, bars, corridors, restrooms, etc.), and crew areas.

* Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.

* Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.

* Empty trash and replace liners.

* Wash and sanitize all equipment and supplies used during cleaning.

Guest Cabin Cleaning:

* Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.

* Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

* Clean and polish surfaces, such as desks, nightstands, and dressers.

* Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning or supplies.

Experience:

* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.

* Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent physical condition and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal).

* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
