Partners with selling teams to enable and negotiate annual and strategic buys from key partners
Builds joint business plans with sales and agencies
Develops strategic selling initiatives for GCash marketing solutions portfolio
Works with Product teams to enable and optimize direct and indirect programmatic sales
Manages assigned client performance and end-to-end sales channels / funnels - Work with the marketing team to enable leads generation, primarily in online channels
Reviews, recommends, and provides guidance in developing commercial partnership proposals
Ensures effective pitches and presentations to top partner leadership teams
Strategizes on short-term and long-term plans for assigned channels / industries / brands - Contributes to the analysis of budgets, preparation of annual budget plans, manages assigned expenditures
Ensures that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
Cultivates and deepen relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Creates a highly productive team by working on result-oriented goals
