Descrição:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) to fabricate metal and plastic parts.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
  • Load raw materials into machines and monitor the cutting/machining process.
  • Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished products and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Adjust machine controls and offsets to maintain product quality.
  • Document production numbers and complete job-related paperwork.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) is a plus.
  • Skilled in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required.
  • Knowledge in welding is an advantage.
