Descrição:

  • Assist in the preparation of cold dishes, such as salads and sandwiches.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality food and service.
  • Support the Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative's mission within the HR & Recruitment industry.
  • Prepare cold dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and menus.
  • Ensure all food and supplies are stored properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all cold food prep areas.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet service demands.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field.


Experience Level:

- 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.


Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in mise-en-place and cook skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

- Keen attention to detail in food preparation.

- Customer-oriented approach with excellent service skills.

- Experience with stewarding and maintaining kitchen organization.
