• Collect the branch’s accounts receivables and/or other debts owed to Sumisho through effective collection callouts.
• Encode all collection efforts in the collection tool for efficient monitoring.

Outbound Collection Calls

• Conduct regular calls to clients to follow up payment and monitor status of collection of accounts.
• Manage client's concerns and queries regarding loan and resolve disputes.
• Analyze and reconcile unpaid balances.
• Ensure completion of collection worklist daily. 

Collections Reporting

• Encode all utilized Official Receipts in the DCR (Daily Collection Report) system for proper monitoring and control as necessary.
• Encode all field collection reports in CAMS as necessary.
• Encode results of negotiations during outbound call. Make necessary follow ups.

Field Coordination

• Coordinate with field personnel for real-time collections updates and/or additional collections assignments from time to time.
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the Branch Collections Team Lead as needed.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have bachelor's degree in any field.
• With minimum of 1-year relevant working experience in outbound calls and collections.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu branch.
