Descrição:

  1. Receives and checks all liquidation/documents by 100% accuracy.
  2. Checks approved quotation by customer and prepare billing for facilitation.
  3. Billing preparations and transmittal to assigned clients
  4. Provide costing for profit/loss analysis by using PRO System.
  5. Monitoring and transmit of APC client container deposit refund/checks
  6. Monitor and follow-up collections to client
  7. Monitor and update accounts receivable once a week.
  8. Monitor and update SOA of all consignee.
  9. Records all amount of invoices to there corresponding sheets.
  10. Prepare receiving copy for bill send out to the clients
