JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- With 2 to 5 years experience in collection
- Amendable to work on site in Taguig
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect outstanding debts according to company policies and legal guidelines
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement terms with customers
- Maintain accurate records of collections, promises to pay, and disputes
- Issue payment reminders, notices, and follow-up communications
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports
