Responsible for the health and well-being of employees at a specific project site, providing medical care, first aid, and promoting a healthy work environment. They manage the site clinic, ensuring availability of necessary supplies, and collaborate with safety and health committees. Key responsibilities include assessing employee health, administering basic healthcare, providing first aid, and referring employees to medical facilities when needed. 

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BS Nursing) and a Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in nursing, ideally including project nurse experience or experience in construction
• Certification or training in OSH is often required, particularly in construction
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) Skills
• With Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer-based systems
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites
