The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, supporting workplace health programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The role includes first aid treatment, health monitoring, medical record management, and coordination with other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees in case of illness or injury.
• Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employees’ health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical and health records.
• Administer prescribed medicines and monitor employee medication compliance.
• Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and company HMO providers.
• Assist in company health programs, vaccination drives, and wellness activities.
• Implement occupational health and safety programs in coordination with the Safety Officer/HR.
• Conduct health education and awareness activities for employees.
• Manage and maintain clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment.
• Process SSS sickness notifications and other medical-related documents.
• Support emergency response and participate in safety drills.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
• With BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) for Nurses certification is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential medical information professionally.
