Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and financial acumen.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing compensation structures, manage employee benefits programs, and support training initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work; may involve working on tight deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive problem-solver, team player, and a keen interest in employee welfare and development.
