Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compensation Benefits Officer located in Binangonan. The Compensation Benefits Officer will be responsible for managing compensation packages, administering employee benefits, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure effective benefits programs.


Qualifications

  • Compensation Management and Employee Benefits skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
