Oversees the day to day operation of project site to ensure completion on time and quality workmanship by monitoring and conducting regular inspections on all on-going works and attending/resolving all concerns and issues.
Recommends approval of billings / claims of contractor, ensuring works are done in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and drawings.
Updates and submits reports to construction OPERATIONS the following documents but not limited to:

STATUS/PROGRESS/ WEEKLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT.This is submitted every Monday of the week during Operations / Construction meeting
JOB ORDERS. Proposed Job Orders emanating from site should comply with all the requirements needed for approval.
BILLINGS. Billings of contractors on project site are submitted on every other week to MDC_Operations-Head Office
OTHER DOCUMENTS. These are relevant and pertinent documents relative to project needed / requested by the top management from time to time

Ensures timely schedules and delivery of quality units/project/works by setting up and implementing quality control guidelines, procedures, training; conduct regular inspection on all projects particularly on civil, structural and other engineering works; conduct review of materials and other technical data; establish procedures, guidelines to resolve conflict in plans during implementation; instituting quality control measures to guarantee quality workmanship.
Conducts site meeting with contractors to discuss status and accomplishment of every project; addresses and gives solution to problems and guides each department to align with objectives.
Checks and reviews plans, bill of materials, specification before and prior to actual site execution at site to determine possible concerns and issues that may arise.
Attends to all concerns and issues at site that may affect project delivery on time and workmanship
To submit weekly progress accomplishment report reflecting progress status and financial standings of all the works involved
Supervises all Field Personnel, monitors their activities, conducts meetings to contractors and site management to discuss and resolve relative concerns and issues.
Ensures quality workmanship of all works by conducting thorough regular ocular quality inspection and checking billings against actual accomplishments
Recommends Job Orders coming from site, if any, for approval of Top Management
Oversees Move-In activities by overseeing the policies and guidelines of the operations manual to ensure smooth flow of move-in procedures of homeowners site.
Reviews, evaluates and checks plans, bill of materials, specifications submitted / forwarded to Production to guarantee optimum / effective costs and plan for execution at project sites.
Evaluates the performance of staffs based on accomplishment via Performance Appraisal System
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Top Management.
