- Monitor site safety practices and enforce safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training sessions for staff and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes.
- Perform regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites.
- Develop safety compliance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a construction safety role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Work Ethic, Team Player, Process Improvement
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various weather conditions on construction sites
