- Assist in site preparation, carry materials, and follow safety protocols.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational knowledge and basic skills.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in construction or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Hardworking, physically fit, with ability to follow instructions and operate basic tools.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor settings, exposed to various weather conditions, requiring stamina and resilience.
- Qualities and Traits: Team-oriented, dependable, adaptable, with a strong work ethic and attention to safety.
