Position Overview: We're looking for creative and talented individuals to join our team, helping us produce engaging video content from concept to completion. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about storytelling and comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Brainstorming

• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate fresh video concepts.
• Contribute to the creative direction and planning for each shoot.

Daily Production

• Handle all aspects of daily video production, including setting up equipment, shooting, and editing.
• Ensure all content meets our quality standards.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the marketing team on various collaboration projects and campaigns.
• Coordinate with other content creators to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

For Senior Roles (Content Creator & Producer):

• Experience & Attitude: Proven experience in organizing and coordinating people for shoots. Must be comfortable and confident on camera, with no strong camera shyness.
• Core Competencies: Highly proficient in editing and production tools such as CapCut, JianYing, Photoshop, AI, and ChatGPT. Must be able to handle both editing and the creative direction of shoots.

For Junior Roles (Video Editor):

• Experience & Attitude: Some foundational experience in editing and a strong willingness to learn. A positive and proactive attitude is a must.
• Core Competencies: Must be able to use tools such as CapCut, JianYing, Photoshop, AI, and ChatGPT. The primary focus will be on the daily editing tasks.
