We are looking for a skilled and experienced White Paper Writer to join our team on a project basis. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and professional white papers tailored to business or technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Research and write a comprehensive white paper based on provided materials, interviews, and market data
• Collaborate with our team (remotely or onsite as needed) for input and revisions
• Ensure the document is well-structured, clearly written, and aligned with brand messaging
• Deliver polished, professional content on deadline
• Properly cite sources and maintain high editorial standards

• Proven experience in writing white papers or in-depth technical/business content
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills
• Strong grasp of English grammar, tone, and structure
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with [insert specific industry, if any] is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of white papers or long-form content
• Experience working with startups or innovation-driven teams
• Based near or within Metro Manila is a plus (for occasional in-person meetings, if needed)
