Descrição:

  • Drafting and routing of Board Resolutions and Secretary's Certificate
  • Taking minutes of the meeting
  • Drafting of reportorial requirements with various gov't agencies such SEC, LGUs, PRA & NPC.
  • Online and/or manual submissions of regulatory compliances such as but not limited to SEC, LGUs, PRA & NPC.
  • Manage and recording of all corporate related documents
  • Serves as a liaison to various gov't agencies when it comes to corporate related deliverables or items
  • And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Requisito

  • 1-2 years experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
