Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong research skills, and the ability to develop robust talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source, identify, and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and tactics to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, interests, and cultural fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, providing them with a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values, mission, and culture to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Analyze industry and talent market trends to provide insights that shape sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Monitor competitors’ hiring activities and talent movement to inform recruitment strategies.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and track sourcing effectiveness.
• Continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing recruitment processes tailored to client-specific needs
• Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
• A "seller personality" with a persuasive approach and an ability to engage with people effectively
