Descrição:

Accounts Management

  • Manage and organize generated and assigned accounts efficiently.
  • Conduct occasional client visits and fieldwork.
  • Perform ocular inspections for potential leads post-initial scoping.
  • Address leads' and clients' concerns promptly through real-time reports.
  • Upsell MGC products/services, maintain client rapport, and manage reports.

Reportorial Requirements

  • Weekly submission of sales projections and achievement reports.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and marketing approaches.
  • Provide comprehensive account details with documentation.
  • Track sales performance by area and classification.

Credit and Collection

  • Maintain accounts receivables within approved limits and terms.
  • Address credit concerns and assess problematic accounts.
  • Obtain approval for sales surpassing credit terms or limits.
  • Evaluate accounts for cylinder or project investments, securing collateral as needed.

Key Result Areas

  • Reach set profit margins for varied account types.

Target Volume

  • Meet Liquefied Petroleum Gas sales targets within specified timeframes.

Target Industry

  • Focus on retail outlets, dealers, and commercial clients.
  • Conduct saturation drives in designated areas.

Deliverables

  • Develop weekly business growth strategies.
  • Offer official itineraries when necessary.
  • Submit weekly client progress reports.
  • Maintain client profiles, plan budgets, and training


Requisito

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities: Goal-driven, customer-centric, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software and tools.
  • Networking: Strong networking and interpersonal skills for building connections.
  • Ethics: Uphold integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
