Performs a wide variety of Sales duty including most of the following:

  1. Generate Sales based on Target Sales, GP, and Volume Budget.
  2. Plans Sales calls and visit customers according to Sales schedule.
  3. Submit weekly and monthly reports.
  4. Attend to and follow-up Sales calls.
  5. Prepare quotations, samples, & related material documents for customers.
  6. Follow up on arrival of stock, lead-time, and inform delivery schedule to customers.
  7. Monitor AR balances, follow up payments and collect cheques whenever necessary.
  8. Survey/collect markets, competitor’s pricing, and other vital market information
  9. Recommend and develop new products to active customers.
  10. Generate new customers.
  11. Coordinate and plan material forecasts by customers to factories/suppliers.
  12. First-at-customer site to validate material and/or quality issues raised by customers.
  13. Resolve product issues with QA staff by completing issued MFR/CPAR on target lead time.
  14. Clear slow and non-moving stocks.
  15. Participate and cooperate with related parties during internal and external audits.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration.


EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of industry sales experience
