Descrição do Trabalho

Descrição:

  • Handles review, checking and revision of in-house cost estimates initially prepared by Project/Area Engineers
  • Ensures accuracy in estimation of all materials, labor and other costs
  • Updates in-house cost unit rates by area (VisMin) based on market
  • Updates contract rates for third party contractors
  • Recommends revised in-house cost estimates to the Engineering Head for approval
  • Maintains records of estimated and actual costs
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requisito

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
  • Preferably with 2 years related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can drive 4-wheels (Manual & Automatic)
  • Can start immediately
