- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
- Analyze project costs and prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial integrity of projects.
- Conduct risk analysis related to project costs.
- Monitor ongoing expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in cost engineering or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimation software and spreadsheet applications.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits as required.
