  • Analyze project costs and forecasts to ensure budget compliance.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Collaborate with project managers to evaluate cost-related decisions.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficient solutions.
  • Support risk assessments and contingency planning.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing cost plans, prepare estimates, and analyze project budgets.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and strong problem-solving skills.
