- Monitor and collect outstanding invoices
- Perform risk analysis and credit evaluation
- Establish payment terms and negotiate settlements
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Create reports on collection activities and results
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams for resolutions
Requisito
- Strong understanding of billing and collection processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using accounting and billing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
