Rayomar, one of the country’s progressive investment and management entity since 1982 , has operation and ownership of several companies involved in shipping, crewing, logistics, freight forwarding and international trading.


Strongly believing in the protection and well-being of it’s employees and their families whether at home or wherever they maybe around the globe, it established Rayomar Insurance Business Agencies (RIB) in 2004.


With a lot of companies expanding and diversifying in the country at this time, Rayomar Insurance in 2009, went beyond the group and offered it’s insurance, safety, and health management products to the corporate public. Foremost of this is it’s health programs, giving access to hundreds of accredited hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, and by specialist doctors in the country. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and formal notices.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
  • Conduct credit investigations and evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and send accurate statements of account and collection reports.
  • Maintain an organized and updated record of collections and customer interactions.
  • Assist in setting and reviewing credit limits based on customer payment history and financial capacity.
  • Recommend appropriate actions for delinquent accounts, including legal escalation when necessary.
  • Generate aging reports and provide regular updates to management on the status of collections.
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to the development of collection strategies and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and relevant financial laws.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in credit and collection or any similar role.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Business Central) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
